Some ‘moments in under a minute’ for you this mid-week….

We have a matchbox full of tiny letters to the tooth fairy.
Boy reads through all the letters after he loses his 9th tooth and laugh’s at the reoccurring question.
How do you make all your money?

Last night I slept in the garden.
In a tent.
Cause that’s what you do ona Sunday night. The night before school.
Uncomfortable, I rolled over. My hips ached at 3am.
In the glow of the verandas light - my daughter’s face was a picture of peace.

It's 4pm and we're all flopped together, exhausted in the living room. Dad's falling asleep on the bean bag infront of the fire. All the rest are on a device of some sort, the football is on in the background. Is anyone even watching it? I'd always prefer it not to be on so I can hear the tick of the flames as they lick at the wood in the fireplace. We're all together but in our own worlds - the peculiarity of how we now 'wind down'.
